The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the title of the bill as follows:
H. B. 3152 -- " A BILL to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new article, designated §30-20A-1 and §30-20A-2, all relating to athletic trainers; restricting the use of certain titles; providing for registration of athletic trainers; and establishing registration criteria. "
